Return & exchange policy
We want you to love what you wear. If a piece does not fit or is not right, we can exchange it.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn pieces with original tags attached.
You can exchange for another size or colour, subject to stock. Contact us first so we can reserve your new size.
Items that are worn, washed, altered or damaged cannot be exchanged. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible.
If you received the wrong item or a faulty piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at our cost.
